Kangaroo Island is occasionally subjected to power "blackout", either secondary to power supply issues from the mainland, or to more local faults. In addition to the luxury amenities, our in-house rainwater supply requires electric pump distribution to the beach house. For the peace of mind and comfort of our guests, our new 17.2 kVa generator automatically switches in during a power outage, enabling full use of all facilities.
Rainwater Filtration - Copperstone KI runs solely on rainwater. In addition to new tanks and pre-filtration, we have just installed a new rainwater post-tank filtration system, which treats water to the entire house. Whether having a shower or drinking from any tap in the house, our guests can be assured of crystal clear, odour-free purified water, using the new Puretec Hybrid G7 unit with twin filters and UV 'radfire' sterilization.
